1. Matters needing attention

(1) Maintenance work is not allowed to be carried out under non-safe conditions, and it is strictly forbidden to open and repair in dangerous areas;

(2) A dedicated person should be assigned to maintain and charge the robot;

(3) It is strictly forbidden to clean the robot with flammable liquid;

(4) The main power switch must be turned off when repairing electrical components;

(5) Do not turn on the spot continuously for more than 10 minutes, it will cause the machine to overheat and damage the robot;

(6) The robot needs to power off the brakes. Please power off the robot walking system when stopping work on a slope.

2. Maintenance

(1) Check the power supply voltage of the robot frequently. If the battery voltage is lower than 48V, it needs to be charged in time.

(2) Check the battery of the handheld remote control frequently. If the remote control distance becomes shorter or the remote control is not sensitive, you need to replace the battery and charge it in time.

(3) The rubber of the drive wheel is severely peeled off or damaged and must be replaced.

(4) Frequently check whether the mechanical connection part is damaged or loose, if any, it should be replaced or tightened in time.
